Gregg is a graduate of Emory University, where he received his B.B.A. from Emory’s Goizueta Business School. After graduating he went to work for KPMG Peat Marwick, a “big 5” accounting firm, in their audit department.

In 1989 Gregg started a practice in Atlanta, Georgia - Gregg S. Bossen, CPA P.C. In 2000, Gregg began teaching QuickBooks seminars around the country for Real World Training and presented over 200 training sessions on QuickBooks to QuickBooks end users and to other accounting professionals. In 2003 Gregg began teaching as a contracted instructor for Intuit. In this role Gregg has trained hundreds of other accounting professionals on topics related to QuickBooks.

Gregg is the developer of a CD-ROM/DVD training class that teaches nonprofits how to use QuickBooks to fulfill their unique accounting needs. The class - "QuickBooks for Nonprofits," is currently being sold around the country by both Intuit and Real World Training.

Victor Nahigian

J. Victor Nahigian is the founder and CEO of Systems Analysis Services Inc., based in Newton, Mass.  Since 1977, the company has provided desktop, server, infrastructure, security, security, web design and general computer services to businesses from $5million to $1billion.  Our firm currently employs over a dozen employees.

Nahigian’s background in computers started at a young age and by high school, he had already written several books and won national and regional programming contests. Carol Oliver, a CPA with over 25 years of professional experience in accounting and accounting software, has worked as a consultant or controller in many different industries and has been a certified trainer for Sage accounting software, Crystal Reports Designer, F9 Financial Report Writer, and Microsoft FRx Financial Report Writer. 

Carol holds a B.S. in Accounting from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL and certificates in Human Resources Practice and Strategic Human Resources Practice from Cornell University. 

Carol began her career in the tax department at the Coca-Cola Company.  In 1995, as the Controller of a small, accounting software development company, she became involved in her first software development project, a general ledger for the not-for-profit sector.  She has worked as a Senior Consultant with the largest independent certified public accounting and business advisory firm in Georgia.  Carol spent twelve years as a Senior Consultant/Senior Instructor with one of the largest national Sage consulting firms where she was also responsible for quality assurance testing in software development projects and wrote technical documentation and training manuals.  Carol has been the Controller and Human Resources Director at several small to medium companies in the Atlanta area, all of which used QuickBooks as their financial software.

Donovan Sachs

Donovan is a consultant at Alembic Computer Services, Inc., a business consulting firm specializing in Exact Macola and the QuickBooks line of products, as well as a wide range of third-party products.  He joined the Alembic team in 2008 after serving in the U.S. Air force for over 12 year as a computer information technician.  In the Air Force he worked as an information security specialist, computer help desk and support technician, system administrator, website administrator, and gained experience in programming and application development as well as database development and maintenance. 

At Alembic Donovan works with installation and support for QuickBooks and several third-party applications such as ACCTivate! and Fishbowl Inventory.  One of his specialties is custom report development for QuickBooks (via QQube, Custom Advanced Reporting in QuickBooks Enterprise and QODBC); in addition to any other data source customers may need reporting on.  Donovan works with clients on a daily basis to develop and maintain their custom reporting needs and applications to allow them to take full advantage of their software and data.  When a project requires more than a custom report he works with the customer and programming team at Alembic to develop a custom solution designed to meet the client’s specific needs.

Donovan has his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration as well as two separate Associate’s degrees in Computer Information Systems with one specializing in Software Engineering.  He is a QuickBooks Certified Pro-Advisor and is also certified in both ACCTivate! and Fishbowl Inventory.

Jim Savage

Jim Savage has been a QuickBooks Pro Advisor since 1999. He is also part of the Intuit Premier Reseller program, which specializes in marketing to the mid-market channel. SmartVault's Senior Technologist, John Abbott, has spent the last 20 years helping businesses solve big problems by wrangling code, in ninja-warrior fashion, to unlock the power the of Internet technologies. He's versed in several programming languages, environments, and APIs, and thrives on the challenge of solving problems through technology.

He has a B.S. in Zoology from the Oklahoma State, (though the only animals he hangs around with these days are code monkeys) and previously solved problems for CreativeLabs, BindView Corporation, Insite Objects, and cPanel. Today, when he's not kicking butt and pioneering cool new features at SmartVault, he enjoys riding motorcycles and hanging out with his 14 month old daughter.

Benjamin Chou

Mr. Chou has more than 20 years of experience in the information technology industry and has held different technology and management positions in established and start up companies. He has served as a systems developer, engineering manager, director, V.P. and CEO of both hardware and software companies such as Hewlett Packard, Convergent Technologies, WYSE Technology, NuTek Computers, and Kingston Technology.

Mr. Chou is the President of Personable Inc., the company credited with QuickBooks Gold certificated product SourceLink, Workflow DMS, and the newly released ScanWriter 2012.

Mr. Chou has been invited as a speaker and panelist to present document management solutions in CalCPA technology seminars, NAEA and trade shows. Mr. Chou has MS from Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Danny Do Couto

Danny Do Couto is the Director for Method Solution Providers channel. He has been a part of the Alocet Incorporated family since 2003 where he helped in the maturity of Alocet’s founding brands, QXpress Scheduling Software and LM Software. In 2006, he switched his focus to building the team, organizational structure, and business network for Alocet’s new Method Integration division. Danny brings with him a strong background in management and technology, having completed his education at Seneca College in Computer Engineering and Network Security. His passion is helping accountants, consultants and product developers with implementing Method into their businesses, and is quickly rising on the “who’s who” in the small business accounting software community. He frequently travels throughout the United States and Canada spreading the word about Method and is a regular contributor to the Method Integration blog. Danny lives in his hometown of Toronto, Ontario – Canada.

Jeff Edmonds

Jeff Edmonds is the Consulting Channel Manager for the ACCTivate! Consulting Partner (ACP) Program at Alterity, Inc, the creators of ACCTivate! Inventory & Distribution Management Software. He has helped build the ACP Program from the ground up, establishing a strong structure for the channel, managing the channel and recruiting members.

Jeff has experience working on both sides of a channel partner program. He previously worked at Intuit for almost a decade, primarily as an Intuit Account Manager, including several years of working with partner accounts in the Intuit Solutions Provider Program. He also spent the last few years working for one of those partners in a business development role.

Paul Jackson is passionate about small businesses and the gears that make them turn. As the founder of Method Integration, the combination of his background in finance and his software development experience provide a unique ability to see unconventional solutions to everyday challenges. Prior to starting Method in 2006, Paul founded QXpress Scheduling Software in 2001 which was then sold to MDS in 2010. In additional to Method Integration, Paul runs Alocet Investments which provides seed capital to a portfolio of Toronto area tech start-ups.

Laura has been a part of the XpandedReports team for over two years as the Support Manager. Eric Pulaski

Eric founded SmartVault Corporation in November of 2007, and currently serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. As founder, Eric has made it his mission to deliver a simple, low-cost document management solution that uses cloud-based technology (low cost) but is centered around integration with applications customers already use, such as QuickBooks® (simple). He contributed heavily to the initial formation and conception of SmartVault, and continues to play a vital role in the overall product design, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy.

Prior to SmartVault, Eric founded and served as CEO and Chairman of BindView Corporation, a leading supplier of security management software solutions. Under his management, the company successfully evolved from a privately funded software development group through a successful IPO, and the ultimate sale of the company to Symantec Corporation in 2006. Eric is also an active member of the executive boards for the Holocaust Museum Houston, Teach for America, and the Houston Technology Center. He provides philanthropic support to arts, health care, and educational organizations.
